Product Return Policy for Defective Items

We strive to ensure every product you receive from us meets the highest standards of quality. If you receive a defective item, we are here to help make the return and replacement process as smooth as possible.

You may return an item if it meets the following criteria:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue or damage during shipment.

  • If the item is found to be non-defective upon inspection, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or credited amount.

4. Replacements and Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either a replacement, store credit, or full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
